With over 24 years of experience in the United States Air Force, I am a Command Chief Master Sergeant/E-9 and Senior Advisor, responsible for leading workforce development and human resource management within my organization. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and two Associate degrees in Intelligence and Electronic Systems Technology. I also hold multiple certifications/credentials in workforce resilience, business analysis, and training delivery. I have a strong track record of overseeing the training and development of thousands of employees and staff, as well as providing world-class support to military operations across the globe. I have demonstrated critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a deep commitment to the mission and values of the USAF.
