Responsible for importing all products of our supply chain from global suppliers into both the UK and EU. Mainly on Sea Freight from the Far East with a growing volume from 7k to 18k TEUs but also road and rail from EU suppliers.- Developing and implementing a shipping strategy- Negotiating NAC deals with or without volume commitment- Adding FAK agreements when necessary to supplement NAC contracts- Manage relationships with freight partners, Dock to DC local hauliers and 3PLs- Creating, maintaining, and reporting on a KPI set- Monitoring OTIF for multimodal departures, in transit and arrivals- Managing a team of 3x Freight OPS managers in London and Shanghai- Supervising document management (CIPL, BL, EUR1s, COO)- Curating Air or Sea-Air quotes for urgent sample requirements- Approving invoices within a limited budget (growing <£10m to <£100m)- Working with the project management team to start the implementation of a 4PL project

My main project as EU Logistics Manager was to keep our 3PL and processes up to date with the exponential growth of a hot start-up and keeping the logistics cost of each item to a minimum while ensuring the service brought to the customer gives the best image of the company as possible.Other tasks include:* Manage European order flow, fulfilment and reverse logistics across our e-commerce and bulk sales channels* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders across all channels; maintain cross-channel OTIF and compliance KPIs* Identify and implement projects that will improve customer experience and minimize operational cost and complexity* Manage day-to-day relationships with our European 3PL partners; evaluate existing partners and establish relationships in new geographies to support expansion when needed* Carry out visits to suppliers and freight forwarders where necessary* Manage a multicultural team of Logistics Coordinators* Liaise with Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, Customer Service and Marketing to streamline communication channels

I managed approx. 100 accounts of retailers in Great Britain, Ireland and Finland for the Hoka One One brand. Main Project: Development of the French market- Process customers' orders- Network with all departments involved in customer orders, processing and support.
