I got my hands dirty, often - a prerequisite for successfully motivating teams. Along the way, I discovered servant leadership and channeled it into improving team performance. I inspire respect, confidence, and trust with my teams, even in stressful times. I told them, “Don’t shy away from critical and difficult decisions.” I now realize I was born to make them.C is for CollaborationI choose to be “a listener, with patience for others’ opinions.” This allows me to discover every team member's full potential and dreams. That mindset made me a 2-time marathon runner and an Ironman.At work, I take complete ownership of any problems thrown at me. Known for my tenacity, I always try to make things better.
