o Perform transactional risk analysis and explore risk mitigating measures for client’s financing.o Close liaison with back and front office to provide effective financing solutions to clients.o Conduct first level control on counterparty risk to ascertain quality of our client’s receivables.o Prepare and obtain appropriate approval for any transactional variances and limit excesses in accordance with the approved credit facility.o Portfolio management with timely update of transaction information and credit exposures in position statement.o Collateral management with continued assessment of the collateral quality and valuation throughout the transaction cycle. o Perform facility administration, ensuring smooth implementation of approved limits in system.

o Perform an independent commercial, credit and performance risk analysis of the proposed transaction, with reference to the approved credit facilities and bank’s procedures. o Detailed reviewing of individual transaction flow and supporting trade documents, including invoices, contracts, import and export letter of credits.o Provide timely alerts to risk management on facility excesses, collateral shortfalls, deviations and deterioration in the Bank’s risk profile.o Maintain clear and concise Client Position Reports showing exposure, collateral and transactional information, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and visibility.o Contribute to credit proposals with focus on feedback on usage and operation of the facility.
