About Jerome Foo
Outgoing and Energetic are the two words many describe Jerome. Jerome is currently taking his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sports Studies and Marketing in University of Stirling,UK, graduating in May 2024. Jerome, who graduated from Republic Polytechnic in 2019 with a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences, decided to also obtain an ACE Certified Personal Trainer Certificate in 2019.Over the years he has picked up multiple certifications such as an ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, Fit Asia Suspended Fitness Level 1&2, World Coaches Academy Fit Muay Foundations Trainer, ISSA Sports Massage Therapy, certified in Inbound Marketing as well as a Singapore Heart Foundation CPR and AED Certificate. Jerome has worked in a variety of fitness industries to learn about different gym cultures and to broaden his knowledge. He expanded his knowledge and skills by constantly updating himself with new courses in order to be inclusive and accept a diverse range of clients, as well as to curate productive workouts. Jerome has a diverse clientele which his clients ranged in age from 14 to 70, including both men and women regardless living an active or sedentary lifestyle. Over the years, he has specialized in fat loss, body re-composition as well as strength and conditioning training. He has experience facilitating group physical training for general, tactical, and senior populations. Jerome plans to venture more into the functional style of training, leading him to pick up the Suspended Fitness Training Level 1&2 from Fit Asia and appearing in a NSman Magazine with an article on how to use a battle ropes for a good workout back in 2022. He intends to broaden his skills and knowledge in order to help expand clientele such as into pre and post-partum women.In 2023, Jerome plans to challenge himself and enhance his fitness expertise and knowledge by taking up a few new courses which includes Sports Massage Therapy. This was acheived in June 2023
