Jerome “Jay” Ralston is a dedicated professional who brings over two decades in business to his career as a Realtor® with the Gilbert, Ariz. office of United Brokers Group. Jay works with buyers and sellers throughout the Valley – including Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Laveen, and Queen Creek. Recognizing market conditions, Jay achieved Certified Short Sale Property Expert (“CSSPE”) status to better serve his clients in recent years. He also enjoys working on sales of commercial properties, new builds, and luxury homes. Prior to his life in real estate, Jay worked in both broadcasting and marketing. His day-to-day experience and education in these industries helped him to cultivate persuasive and clear communication skills. He also has managed his own properties from a young age, owns a janitorial business, and spent over 18 years investing in real estate personally. He even found time to author a book three years ago, titled Rough around the Edges. On the philanthropic front, Jay volunteers for Emergency Disaster Relief Services – working on efforts to provide food, shelter, and clean drinking water for those in need in Haiti and remote countries around the world. Outside of his membership in several regional real estate associations, he is also a Member of the Black Board of Directors (BBOD).
