• Working alongside the Integrity Engineer in ensuring compliance with the Network, company and statutory requirements and the development of business “Asset Risk Plans”.• Supporting the team with the internal and external audit process of validating the networks pipeline and over-crossing management systems.• Manage and edit Cathodic Protection (CP) data using “Uptime” a web accessed data base used for fault finding, work scheduling and proof of compliance.• Liaise with Operations staff and Technical Support functions to resolve system issues that arise through the transfer of data within Uptime.• Access, monitor and edit Cathodic Protection and Nitrogen Sleeve data utilising the Abriox web access, remote monitoring data base.• Input and manage the networks obligations to UKOPA with the reporting of infringements onto the high pressure gas network.• To manage databases & determining the inspection frequency of pipelines, and over-crossings inspection frequencies.• Produce and Provide data to the Integrity team, with regards to compliance management.• Represent the organisation to external bodies and partners.

Conduct visits and surveys of gas distribution network assets to plan, manage and witness ongoing integrity related tasks and to maintain familiarity with the assets and its integrity condition. Contribute to the Asset Risk Management department with the preparation of pressure systems integrity summary and overall fitness for service statement. Contribute to internal failure investigations and act on conclusions from such investigations to prevent re-occurrence.

• Assisting the department ensuring compliance with the network, company and statutory requirements of working on or close to High pressure pipelines (above 7bar).• Developing Strategy & managing risk to ensure assets are reliability maintained.• Acting as point of contact for compliance and high pressure pipeline network queries.• Supporting the department with pipeline Cathodic Protection, control of major accident hazards, site security and Maintenance issues.• Assisting the Pipeline Network Maintenance department in the development of workload programmes.• Identifying gaps in compliance documentation.• Provide support with (department) companies Operational & Capital expenditure plans & forecasting.• Assist the Pipeline Network Maintenance Department in the development of business & Asset Risk Plans.• Provide input into managing and monitoring any work being carried out on or near the high pressure pipeline with our colleagues or by third parties.
