Senior Support Representative (Medical Escalations)
Current-Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and partnered Electronic Health Record (EHR) Onboarding Specialists to resolve technical/verification issues for medical providers.-Update ID.me accounts to manage and recover Erx/EPCS abilities.-Provide urgent support to medical providers as a subject matter expert through email, chat sessions, and phone calls.-Guide new medical providers through identity and medical credential verifications to complete EHR onboarding.-Stay informed and update the medical team to on unique customer stipulations to ensure a successful onboarding.-Recommend best practices to avoid account and practice obstructions.-Coordinate with multiple departments to conduct fraud mitigation and account reinstatement.
