• Led remote teams and was the subject matter expert (SME) for the assigned internal tool. Team successfully reduced backlogged items 90%, bringing oldest tickets from two years to only two months.• Coordinated transition, trained, and mentored Analysts when users responsible transferred from Brazil to Mexico and then India. Achieved acceptable levels of backlog and accuracy during these migrations.

• Developed reports supplying root cause analysis data and general asset information that helped guide the department in streamlining processes and identifying where focus was needed. Variant reports were used on two separate successful audits.• Improved ticket analysis and data entry to Six Sigma levels of accuracy and increased personal throughput (department average) tenfold.• Collaborated on reports identifying successful, error-prone, and bottleneck areas of current processes, which received greater focus; led to reduced issues.• Presented results and forecasts to management along with suggested courses of action. Clear representations enabled identification of risks and alternate options to be devised or client contract changes to be made.

• Created macros and trained peers on how to use them and how to develop their own.
