Taking advantage of how we learn; exploring and being open to new ways and helping to get the balance right. Working with Young people is a bonus, not only the ever increasing millennials in business but also young people in education. Over the last few years I have had the privilege as part of ManpowerGroup UK partnerships with EBSI to work in various schools, supporting the development / education in ‘Employability skills’ and helping young people realise the many transferable skills they have. I have also been fortunate to extend this support in the South working with Solent EBP.I am proud to be a Solution Selling certified trainer since 2005 (SPI), Level 3 EDI qualification in Learning & Development, certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I / EQ 360) & Hogan certified, Life Coach (Centre oF Excellence) and recently completed an online Management programme through Henley university. ManpowerGroup has provided me fantastic opportunities to continue my development, whether it is online, coaching people in our business or the increased reading and insights from building my contacts through LinkedIn and many other social media. Every day is a learning day. Working in youth football gives me more opportunities to apply my learning as a coach and help develop other coaches... Getting access to Hampshire FA and National FA helps to have a balanced view and a greater understanding of how young people develop & learn.
