Professional Services Consultant
CurrentProject Scoping:- play a driving role in scoping meetings and help developing statements of work with the relevant breakdown structures based on accurate analysis of customers' requirements- estimate work effortsProject Delivery:- participate in design workshop with customers and/or partners and provide input as necessary- develop and improve project-related documents with any required technical architecture diagrams- perform deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Fortinet security solutions in the customer environment, and work closely with PMO team to ensure successful completion of projects- assist customers through the rollout, migration or go-live phase for the deployed security solution- deliver knowledge transfer sessions for customer's staff on the relevant Fortinet security solutions- participate to highly visible projects- own and contribute to the resolution of complex technical escalations in relation to projects in delivery, and interface with customers and other teams (TAC, Engineering, and so on)Administrative:- review peer documents for technical accuracy and quality assurance- continuously work on developing knowledge an skills to remain proficient with the relevant Fortinet technologies, products and services by using self-study materials or by attending trainings- mentor new hires during onboarding phase, and provide insight on technical aspects as well as procedures and practices- contribute to Professional Services collateral such as templates, methodologies, best practices, or lessons learnedIn addition, as the SD-WAN team prime, I'm responsible for facilitating communication, training, and documentation maintenance within the EMEA Professional Services team, and to the other Fortinet teamsProducts: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiSASESolutions: SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, Switching, Wireless, Central Management, Central Logging, Remote Access
