Using an integrated suite of specialized solutions, Firma makes the clinical trials process easier and more valuable for patients, and produces higher-quality data for sites and sponsors.In my role, I’m responsible for:• Managing departmental shared inbox in Outlook to include filing emails, escalatingemails, and responding to emails (as appropriate and requested by Supervisor) as wellas general information flow.• Organizing files and folders in accordance with the company’s naming conventions andother departmental process guidelines.• Monitoring email requests and following up with assigned individuals in a timely mannerto ensure requested action is addressed and responded to in a timely manner.• Updating team members and colleagues timely and appropriately.• Ensuring records (within Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) are accurate and up to date andtracked as required.• Creating regular reports as directed.• Developing, submitting, and tracking vendor contract agreements.• Managing submission process and timelines to exceed customer expectations andfacilitate an efficient, high quality, and timely submission per SOP requirements.• Updating and maintaining files in SharePoint and Contract Safe (an internal program forhousing contracts and agreements).• Managing routing contracts and agreements through DocuSign for execution.
