Jerome Davis is a Managing Director of FTI Consulting and is based in New York, NY.Mr. Davis has nearly 20 years experience advising companies and lenders in distressed, reorganization and bankruptcy related matters involving cash management and analysis, debt-restructuring, plans of reorganization, financial forecasting and business plan review, creditor negotiations and other turnaround related issues. Mr. Davis has also provided extensive services to boards, companies, and law firms involving mergers and acquisitions and liability management related issues.Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Davis held the position of Managing Director in Ankura's Turnaround and Restructuring practice where he specialized in designing and implementing financial strategies, optimizing value and working with distressed companies. Mr. Davis has provided advisory services for clients across diverse industries, including technology, consumer products, retail, renewable energy, oil and gas, engineering and construction, food and beverage, and financial services.
