Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks or potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to maintain optimal network uptime and performance.

Responsible for all computer software and hardware. Installed and setup over 200 computers and tablets including peripheral devices. Setup server and maintains backup of all devices. Created a Cloud and Sharepoint systems for all external users with permissions saving the business thousands of dollars in both time and work hours. Built and in charge of the entire network.

Provide local and remote desktop support for over 5,000 businesses. Led troubleshooting network connectivity, network printing and user access issues. Built files and software platforms for all terminals. Provided technical support for all imagers, terminals and computers using services. Contacted businesses to upload images to our database and walk through transactions. Installed over 250 virtual terminals via Remote Access.
