Private contract for water well exploration and development for governments of St. Kitts and Nevis. As Operations Manager at Bedrock Exploration and Development (BEAD), LLC, Sarasota, FL (Caribbean Division), I led the budget administration and equipment procurement, including repairs and maintenance to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of water well drilling projects. I utilized geophysical methods and standard hydrogeological field techniques to locate, drill and develop municipal scale water wells. I was responsible for all data acquisition/processing/interpretation, GIS integration and synthesis, drilling oversight, well sampling and construction oversight, well pumping tests, and technical report writing for hydrogeological evaluations and continuous working functions.Below is my key accomplishment that I have attained during this tenure:~ Operations management of Build Operate Transfer (BOT) municipal water well development projects to deliver 1M-3M gallons per day for the Nevis Island Authority, St. Kitts Water Department, West Indies, and Rose Hall Developments, Montego Bay, Jamaica by leading cross-functional teams.

As Field Operations Supervisor at Zonge International, I steered field crew members acquiring electrical and electromagnetic geophysics data on mineral exploration, geothermal, environmental, and unexploded ordnance (UXO) projects per project requirements. I ensured the safety of the crew during high voltage field surveys. I chaired daily safety meetings, managed field logistics planning and equipment mobilization/demobilization inspection for timely resolution/repairs of issues to ensure timely completion of projects and bottom-line gains. I extensively used handheld radios and base stations for remote field work. I drafted and edited project proposals and reports as well as processed geophysical data and provided interpretation of results for drill targets.Below is my key accomplishments that I have attained during this project:~ Oversaw geophysical surveys from inception to completion of prime objective to locate municipal scale water wells, performed geological well logging, water quality sampling, and monitored mobilization of drill rigs and daily production under the supervision of the consulting Geologist/Project Lead for timely completion while managing and working with available resources.
