I am a Project Controls Manager with over 25 years of experience working in safety, engineering, construction and project controls. I hold a BSc degree in Civil Engineering. My projects include working in the oil and gas industries with both EPC companies and contractors, both upstream and downstream, on production facilities ranging from gas, chemical, and LNG plants. I am also familiar with light rail and telecommunication facilities. My experience in capital projects includes planning, construction, installation, and maintenance with costs ranging from $100MM to $1.3B and time frames extending from 12 months to 6+ years. I have hands-on knowledge of CPM scheduling, Earned Value Analysis, Cost Forecasting and Cost Analysis. My engineering background includes front-end (FEED) and detailed engineering on projects, along with major EPC bids involving concept development, schedule, estimate and final pricing.
