Provided direction and leadership and maintained overall responsibility of TAC-SWACCA personnel assigned to a remote tactical site. Establishes work schedules, maintains good order and discipline and ensures all personnel are properly trained to perform assigned tasks, and the overall operations of the site. Managed day-to-day operations of a 24-hour communications center, also known as a Technical Control Facility (TCF), located in the second largest U.S. facility in Kuwait, providing resident and transitory military personnel with communications support for telephone and computer needs. Supervised up to 42 personnel, ensuring professional growth in the oft-changing world of communications support.
