I worked for many companies that require a graphic designer. My experiences had increase over many companies that I have worked for and because of that I was able to become a great leader. I am capable of managing a team being able to pitch great ideas while brainstorming that everybody can agree on and having a great attitude boost the morale over the other staff members for better production. I am not a quitter no matter how many times I have failed because I always move forward. These failures is what gave me those experiences to be a better leader and I am proud of it.
