In addition to my career achievements in management, and personnel support, I possess comprehensive experience in all facets of customer support and services and business process engineering and improvements. My experience and achievement in customer management is both broad and deep. Most recently, as Vice President of a global enterprise communications platform provider, I managed and support operations in the US, while growing the core business globally. I lead a team in establishing offices in 5 countries, and remotely managing from the US, while meeting or exceed internal and external monthly objectives. This involved managing a team of operation managers, recruiting and HR staff, carefully respecting the cultures and employment rules in each country. With a firm belief that operations and client services must include an overarching umbrella approach to respect cultural differences and transcending the language barriers to achieve the goal at hand. Having fulfilled significant responsibilities in Operations and Account Management within an outsourcing firm, I fully understand the importance that leading by example has on the ultimate operational execution and outcome.
