While with LA Fitness I was part of a team that worked on custom in house software development to meet business needs. I developed Test cases, used best QA practices and methodologies, filled defects and followed them through to resolution. I also collaborated with developers on story features and helped to ensure our team had good communications. I primarily worked remotely utilizing Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, Postman, MySQL and custom in house error logs during this role.

As a product support engineer I was part of 6 person team with a wide range of responsibilities. We monitored all production for any conceivable issue with the goal of mitigating customer impact by scoping/triage of issues then escalation/communication/documentation/resolution for Twsinpres.com, BetAmerica.com, KeenelandSelect, Brisnet.com, all related mobile apps and other affiliates. We leveraged all tools at our disposal such as Rally, Jenkins, NewRelic, Solarwinds, Kibana, MySQL, Notepad++, FileZilla, TestFlight, slack, teams, skype, DataDog etc. We also had the authority to open mandatory TSSEV bridges to communicate more efficiently with required teams or persons such as DEVOPS, DATABASE, Marketing, vendors etc. to quickly resolve high impact incidents.

As a TRM I was responsible for any and all technology related problems. I was the front line of trouble shooting at two middle schools and also served as a district wide employee as needed.
