My name is Jerry Boyette and I am a MSR II in Consumer Loans at Navy Federal Credit Union in Pensacola, FL.I relocated to Florida in August of 2021 from my home state of Mississippi, where I had lived my entire life.I came from a customer service background, having worked for Wade Incorporated, a John Deere dealership for over 25 years. I worked in agricultural parts and Stihl equipment and parts sales during my years there.I loved working with my customers both face to face and over the phone. I was blessed in that I was able to make friendships with my customers during that time and the experiences that I had with them are very special to me to this day. Being able to take what I learned at Wade Incorporated, and being able to bring that to my position here with Navy Federal has been a great help. I try my best to give our members the same top notch and courteous service as I did to my previous customers of 25 plus years. At the end of the day, it's meeting the member's needs that's most important, as well as making them feel important in our eyes in the way that we treat and take care of them. I love my job with Navy Federal and I hope to have many more satisfying years here.
