- Lead an outsourced IT team in Standard Chartered Bank, and act as the communication and coordination channel between Taiwan, HongKong, Singapore and Malaysia. Solving customer’s dissatisfaction and complete the contract.- Provide technique support to end-users and develop and Maintain problem-solving system in IBM.
