I worked with training 4-6 craftsmen at a time. We would set up an instrument on a bench, calibrate that instrument to train the craftsman, and then go out into the plant and calibrate the same instrument in place. I would research the instrument, write procedures and train the craftsmen to instruments which were specifically located in their plant. This training is what lead me to being hired at Kennecott in the Electrical Department.
