Jerry is an overcomer by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of his testimony! Childhood abuse didn't stop him. He is a survivor, a horrific accident didn't kill him. God has shown Himself sovereign again and again. Jerry is a light-bearer, an ambassador of life in service to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has been spared for the Glory of God and now is in a mission to share his message of hope to the world through music, preaching, counseling and coaching ministries. He has a passion for music and a heart for people, especially youth, being a "big kid" himself.

· Develop and maintain a manufacturing schedule to ensure prompt delivery in keeping with the company'ssales/profit goals.· Facilitate the design and manufacture of trusses at the lowest cost consistent with established specifications asto quality and quantity.· Develop and maintain competitive price lists of trusses and related items.· Advise and direct designer staff to ensure the design of trusses in accordance to quality and performancestandards of Tindell's and National Code requirements.· Maintain a working knowledge of all department responsibilities and job functions.· Set up and maintain performance measures.· Set up and maintains inventory levels and reporting to conform to budgets and forecasts.· Design roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products as needed.· Meet with sales staff, customers, architects, engineers regarding design.

· Rotated cloth to dryers and from dryers to quality inspection team.· Sorted, packaged and documented completed cloth for delivery.

· Implemented Timbers' computer aided design program.· Designed floor and roof trusses for production.· Prepared cutting tickets and shop drawings for work orders.· Prepared estimates.· Resolved problems via telephone.
