Post Test and Trace, I have gone through some health Issues, that are now resolved. Am more than ready to get back into the work.Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead for the UKHSA T&T Transformation Programme. Heading team responsible for the structural Transformation of T&T from Pandemic Response form into the COVID-19 response function within the UKHSA. Defining and mapping existing 'AS IS' state and transforming into the new COVID-19 delivery TOM, within the restraints of defined Strategy/Policy and Budget. Transitioned into a Snr Delivery Partner/QA role within the overall T&T Enterprise Portfolio Team. Acting as oversight and guidance to new and change Portfolio's. At present including Variants of Concern; Genomics, UK Manu of LFD and New Testing Technology.I originally Joined the UK Test and Trace Team as the Senior Lead for PMO and Architecture within the Mass Testing, Integration section. Created a team to map E2E Testing delivery (from Labs to End User) and drive delivery performance improvement and identify delivery overlaps and bottlenecks. Working to help with the challenging deployment and delivery of Mass Testing to the population during Covid-19 and also looking to the future to assist in implementing and embedding Test and Trace as part of the UK National Infrastructure for any future need. I started out as a hands on Computer Operator in the days Disc packs were changed and line printers churned out boxs of bedding for small furry animals. I progressed into System/Network and Operational Management and then into Service and Operational process design, taking in formal training and work as a Project(s) Manager, internal Consultant and facilitator and eventually Enterprise Architect, though formally certified at the Enterprise level I count myself as a Business Architect well aware of IT. I have worked extensively abroad in design and managerial roles. I spent 6 years working within the Met Office, often seconded to other Govt depts including the Cabinet Office and DEC as a trouble shooter for troubled deliveries, so have experienced the difference between commercial and Government environments. My last role was three years working for a highly innovative organisation. Having the chance to put my years of experience into defining and delivering the Services of a highly complex, mentally challenging yet stimulating cloud based machine learning DSP.
