-Take the leadership to solve big impacted customer issues in would-wide by co-working with region -support team, manufactory and R&D.-Closely work with region/country marketing and pre-sale team to fulfill potential customer request. -Monitor call rate and TCE report to find the possibility of how the product can be improved.-Lead the SWAT to ensure shipment contingency.

-Ensure the product can be shipped according forecast. Including to drive the AOS issue and regulatory / environment change.-Lead to drive the issue from production line. Monitor the yield rate and try any possible solution to keep the number within the goal.-Fulfill the requests from cross functional team.-Lead audit team to do yearly audit.-Review the quotation and release the credit notes.

-Design the testing script and execute the testing for HP developed system.-Ensure the system can be installed and works properly on production line.
