 As business lead, responsible for on-time, under budget, end-to-end delivery of HP products and solution from concept to market intro. Leading and managing cross-functional project teams in worldwide including Product Architecture, SW PM, FW PM, Manufactory PM, HW team, Product Compliance team, Customer Assurance team, Finance and Marketing Product Manager.  Leading team to cooperate with ODM team monitoring products on-line performance, HP requests fulfillment and testing report.  Keep looking for cost saving opportunity including Value Engineering, Quotation Negotiation and Supply Chain Optimization. Doing risk management, change management and leading SWAT to quickly response on critical and unfavorable issues.Key Achievement: Packaging cost evaluation, $0.6 million saving in lifetime. Logistic cost evaluation (Manufactory to Region DC), $0.3 million saving in lifetime. Complete four feature enhancement activities to increase marketing competitiveness. Directly drive revenue forecast increase $1 million each year. Key milestones achieved in PDLC, product market intro will be Oct 1st 2016 with gross margin significantly greater than predecessor.

 Co-working with marketing, sales force and R&D to provide presales support fighting for big deal.  Working with service team to define global level warranty strategy. As top global support line, training lower level support team and making sure the requests are well executed. As TME team lead, responsible for urgent and big impacted (over $100K or multiple products involved) customer escalations from world-wide. As TME team lead, responsible for team build, reporting and task allocation. As Quality Product Manager, working with cross functional team (Operations, R&D, Procurement team and regulatory& Environment team) to ensure product can be continue shipped and sold in each country. Monitoring monthly world-wide product repair & call data and initiating the project to improve the products. Responsible for all changes on 17 CPS products including proposal approval and follow up. Leading SWAT meeting to handle urgent issue on product line which may cause shipment hold.Key Achievement: Leading TME team with 5 members and testing team with 4 members to win $2 million`s deal in FY15. (India Gov Deal with Linux support – $500k, Costa Rica Gov election purchase – $200k, Jordan Army multi-pick issue fixing – $200k, Euro health company with Citrix support – $80k+$20k, China Mobile poor condition paper scanning – $100k and etc..) Leading team to win $1 million`s deal in FY 14 mainly from US gov purchase. Anti-fake project accomplished, saving $1 million in the first year and a half.

 Managing supplier to ensure HP requests are fulfilled, products are shipped according the forecast and own first round quotation review.  Monitoring production line performance to ensure FPY is over goal and product can be shipped with no issue.  Working with custom clearance team and planning team to ensure units can reach each region distribution center.  Working internally with cross functional teams to collect the requests and pass to Supplier. Leading audit team and using HP QSA spec to do annual on-site audit.  Supporting Environment Project Manager to do compliance certificate evaluation and application. Key Achievement: Managing the supplier in SG and successfully driving all issues and changes to help three products keep selling in the market. Leading the project to setup new GKU for current product to save the logistic cost.

 Doing on-(production) line testing and debugging. Co-working with US Jedi lab team to fix the issues. Responsible for MRed solution package release and testing.Key Achievement: Jedi based scanner customized testing case design. Fixing all debugs to help solution works properly on production line.
