Quality Engineer
Current- To monitor and review customer DMR & product quality problem. Work with process engineer closely to solve the process issue and prepare the failure analysis (FA) report to customer.
- Have compile the module part number information and share with production technician and Engineering to improve the FAI module assembly and monitor the revision change.
- Handle the customer quality / customer satisfaction issue for global and major customer, which include monitoring field complaints, coordinating investigation and following up within the business to ensure appropriate.
- Manage customer complaints, correction and corrective action program. Work closely with customer, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
- To review and update the company training materials and provide the doc control number for new documents (etc. Work Instruction, Training Material, Form, Checklist)
- To monitor and provide annual refresher training to the existing employees and provide quality related training to new hire staff.
