right before i graduated high school, I started working at R-jem Ranch. training the babies how to lead and be around people. I also did a bunch of odd end jobs for them, irrigation, post fence, painting, general maintenance. when I left R-Jem I started working for Volusia Feed Farm Supply (ISC owned at the time) outdoor work like the ranch. No A/C, throwing hay all day (45-130 lbs each bale depending on what grass) also receiving large loads some days was 24 tons all while operating the sales side of the store. very intense and non merciful on the body. I left ISC for Enpro Industries (Technetics Group Deland) in december of 2016. It is a space/aerospace manufacturing plant, I understand traceability and safety very well as well as white belt in lean-six sigma. i can effectively use ppe withiut insrruction. I was given an award that only a few people a year get called the Encredible Award, for doing exceptional work going above and beyond what my expected duties are. I was also promoted from Tech 1 to Tech 2 with another promotion to maintenance. I have multiple professional letters of recommendation from this facility that I will present upon inquiry. I am quick to learn and do it well.
