Supervise and manage all aspects of arts, physical education, after-school, and experiential learning programs for the entire organization. Maintain and development relationships and partnerships with external arts organizations such as USDAN, Theatre Development Fund, and Park Avenue Armory. Develop Arts and Physical Education teachers through individual coaching and customized professional development. Develop organization-wide strategy for arts integration and annual arts and social justice themes.

Oversee and lead the growth and development of speech and debate, all performing and visual arts and physical education academic and extra-curricular programs across the Democracy Prep Public Schools network (New York, NY; Camden, NJ; Washington DC; Baton Rouge, LA).
