Greet applicants and provide Welcome Briefing, describing Freedom's Club offerings, hotel amenities, and services. Secure approval from authorized personnel for non-projected applicants and establish ETA of late arrivals and ensure meals are secured. Determine transportation needs and rooms as needed. Provide nightly briefings, inspect hotel rooms, grounds and kitchen daily. Complete daily forms, reports, and emails. Return unused rooms to the hotel and assists hotel staff as needed.

Provide training for new employees in company compliance for government contracts. Fill in as needed for vacation, sick, or problem situations. Ensure each site has the latest forms and policy guidelines, meet with general managers and first sergeants as directed. As the on-site contractor, manage the contract between the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) and its subcontractors (hotels/transportation/food). Perform daily & monthly inspections at the subcontractor’s facilities for compliance. Inspections include, but not limited to Kitchen, Dining Room, and Service Areas, Storage Areas (dry & refrigerated), Fire Safety compliance, Guest Room Inspections, Vehicle Safety/Compliance, and Customer Service. Arbitrate and report all complaints, kudos, and suggestions. Conduct interviews with customers. Available to the MEPS Commander and First Sergeant as needed. Host/attend meetings as required.
