* Successfully brought on board a new delivery dispatching service to all the stores in the MD/VA/DE locations. Trained stores and drivers on the Dispatch system and had some of the highest scores within SiteOne in the first year. * I was one of the first trainers in the door at new acquisition companies providing integration and initial computer training for the first several weeks and follow-up training as needed. I Received high praise from both the Trainees and the Operations team for developing a great rapport and providing effective training with the new acquisition associates.* Led the implementation of MobilePro handheld inventory scanners within the MD/VA/DE area, and provided training and tracking during the implementation process. * Provided store inspections across 20 locations in the MD/VA/DE MSA providing feedback to store managers. These reviews were given with an emphasis on operations, the customer experience, HR, and areas concerning safety.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

As an Area Manager and Area Business Manager I was responsible for the budgeting, sales, and operational performance of 13 Stores in the DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia markets; providing wholesale landscaping and construction materials to commercial, golf, and residential contractors. Responsibilities also included hiring, opening new stores, and consolidating stores. My favorite part of this position was seeing associates succeed and building some great relationships with customers.

Utilities Superintendent for the 113th Civil Engineering Squadron, DC National Guard. Managed enlisted force, material, and equipment to maximize productivity. Deployed worldwide to oversee construction and training. Additional duties included Damage Assessment Response Team (DART) Leader and Safety NCO. I was able to make the grade of E-7 in 9 years 4 months, a full 5 years sooner than the average. I’m very thankful for being able to serve with, mentor, and promote some of the finest people the USA has to offer.
