• Lead APAC ops team to ensure corporate strategies implemented in the right way under light-assets model. • Lead CMOs/RM suppliers souring activities in APAC to secure supply continuity after acquiring new business in different industry with reasonable cost.• Realize cost saving target YoY to support the business profitability and growth. • Lead the CMOs management in APAC and work closely with HQ team to deliver high performance on OTIF to support APAC business.• Support sourcing activities for global projects to secure the global supply.• Lead Integration activities after M&A deals ,(e.g. JNJ), to get CMOs sourced, CMAs signed , technology transferred, and minimize the supply interruption in the region. • Work with team to get Manufacturing License for Alliance Pharma. • Sponsor Nizoral MAH transfer in different APAC countries and secure the product switch into Alliance Livery. • Work with Global team on new M&A deal’s D&D and execution.• Design supplier strategy and management processes to ensure compliance whilst maximising product availability at optimal cost in APAC , including CN, KR, JP, SEA, IN...• Redesign APAC/Global supply network and optimizing the processes to mitigate supply risk and enhance leverage to CMOs.• Guide APAC Supply Chain activities on Demand/supply, CS&L with relevant CMOs and keep close collaboration with Global team• Support Global Cross-board E-Commerce project for Chian and SEA E-Ecommerce set up in APAC.

P&L responsibility for APAC region Lead operations, Engineering , Quality, Sourcing, Project and Supply Chain to deliver best performance on quality, speed and cost .Steer Asia Supplier society development as global supply base to support business growth, Manage Engineering, Product development, Supplier qualification, product Sourcing , RFQ management, supply footprint development and optimisation, quality management, supply chain management .Work with Global team to increase the bidding win-rate from customers .

Responsibilities: Full P&L for Paper & VI Product Line in North Asia (~ $300M annual sales, 5 Direct reports and 8 Dotted) Develop, drive, and build consensus for a comprehensive Marketing strategy with clear products roadmap to ensure mid/long term growth and grow share YoY Create innovation and unique technology capabilities (liner-less, direct food contact, low migration, low temperature…) by Identifying and accessing new market, products and new technology opportunities and ensure 80+ new products launch on plan with right go-to-market strategy Work with global and local team to define Product Line growth strategy and target for AOP and Strat Plan Utilize market intelligence/new technology /expectation of customers to develop new products to capture general or niche market opportunities Close monitor Macro environment changes and identify the market movement for new product development  Monitor and guide weekly sales meeting to ensure sales target will be achieved with prompt business strategy change  Supervise the whole value chain on the product line(From sourcing to customer service and delivery) and manage the front-end on sales performance and back-end on Ops excellence and SC agility

Responsibilities: End-to-End supply chain management (9 direct reports, 70 total) Design supply footprint for North Asia to support business growth on service improvement and cost saving to the company， close HK DC, Open Taiwan, Shenyang and Wuhan DC to adjust the supply flexibility and support the business growth. Develop and implement Sourcing strategy(~$350M value) by category to mitigate the supply risk during dynamic environment and keep the cost competitiveness in the market, building up strategic relationships with key and world class suppliers, Developing new RM suppliers, working on exclusive partnership, enhancing Dual source ratio, Chasing Deflation and cost out(1.5% down YoY).  Keep Driving the change and lead the project of supply network optimization in Asia to optimize the production allocation by plant and production line with consideration of RM cost, MFG cost, Freight cost, lead time and customer satisfaction. Enhance the S&OP meeting as a platform to uplift the influence and guide the business activities Upgrade the mechanism on Inventory optimization to secure the next day delivery performance, Define inventory strategy on Safety stock, Min/max setting and inventory turn Manage Import /export for Raw material, Finish goods, equipment, spare parts with short lead tie and ensure the compliance with Customs requirement.  Define North Asian Logistics strategies with yearly Bidding for international/domestic LSPs to ensure on time delivery efficiently with YoY cost down, improve the next day delivery ratio from 75% to 85% with 3% cost down by optimizing the overall supply network, and reduce oversea freight (sea and air) by 15% in the 3 years. Initiate and develop Apps and use Cloud storage to digitalize delivery network with clear visibility to internal and external customers (wholesales and direct customer) on goods delivery and performance tracking and optimize the delivery with 15% cost down in the first year of implementation.
