As the Youth Program Director at Communities In Schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg, Inc. (CIS), I oversee the design and implementation of programs and activities that support youth education and development. I have more than two years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about empowering young people to achieve their academic and personal goals.My core competencies include data-driven decision making, procurement and logistics management, and leadership.
