    As Product Manager for EAM at IFS, I was part of the reorganization and evolution of the new development methodology authoring the vision and roadmap as we changed clients in the software from .net to html5. The vision I created for the next generation of asset management is called iMMAV which is an acronym for “intelligent Monitoring, Maintenance, Automation, & Visualization” which can be explained on the YouTube link below as well as the genesis of what I believe will be the best end user experience in the EAM world. I worked with the marketing department to write the Statement of Direction and the Asset Management section of the IFS website as well as several white papers and articles. As a direct report to the VP, I interfaced with the other ERP modules product managers as well as the sales and the industry teams to discuss the roadmap and gather ideas for the features. We then worked with the Program Managers and Developers to wring out the requirements and help design many of the current and future changes in the functionality including the ability to capture machine downtime, redesign of the scheduling tools, and several other touches and tweaks. Now, with the vision we developed set in place, I'm going back into the customer facing realm to try to continue to work on the EAM evolution from that direction.
