Sets up new part numbers and supply chain within ERP system. Manages daily operation and activity in receiving warehouse. Oversees raw materials inventory at vendor locations used in production. Directs organization and optimization of warehouse storage space. Oversees and directs 2 Inventory Control Specialists and 5 warehouse assistants in daily workflow and special tasks. Works with accounts payable to reslove issues with invoicing. Tasked with Purchase Order creation for 4 Project Managers. Assists Chief Finacial Officer with Inventory related projects. Reorganized warehouse to increase accountability and visibility of product and reduce pick times. Set up procedures to increase accuracy of off site inventory held at vendor production facilities.
