Hired to run and develop CommsResources USA (a Networkers International Company) new accounts' as well as management of assigned accounts. I was able to increase sales and market share through newly generated accounts in North America, South America and the Caribbean markets. Fully responsible for the recruitment life-cycle involved screening of candidates, conduct skills testing, telephone interviews and reference checks. Present job opportunities and negotiate contract terms to clients and qualified candidates. At the same time managing 25 working consultants.Established a market presence in Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East with global telecomm OEMs, Operators, and Project deliverable companies. Therefore creating profits of over $3 million dollars per annum. Established and managed the start up operations for NWI de Mexico S.A de C.V. a subsidiary of Networkers International PLC. My start-up experience was utilized to administer the company's presence, legalization, budget control, legal immigration procedures & tax compliancy, establishment of on-site client and candidate relationships. I also managed a team of 20 plus telecomm consultants, as well as develop strategic 3rd party relationships.
