I oversaw a team of 15-20 employees on normal - non-match - days.* On match days I needed to supervise up to 120 employees and volunteers working in different areas, scattered around the stadium on all facets of ticket operations: ticket sales, ticket handling, entry and gantry management as well as helping customers to find their seats in the stadium and continuous troubleshooting. * I also oversaw the general logistics of the ticket center, which included handing over the daily revenues to the security company, observing and managing stock levels of raw tickets and other material used for the operations within the given budget.I also supervised the setup and break-down of the ticket center before and after the World Cup, making sure that all electrical appliances work accordingly and the ticket center and all ticket relevant areas of the stadium have correct and appropriate signage. * My role also involved a lot of coordination with the other local stadium teams, e.g. security, stadium management, F&B division or local police forces.* The last few days before the final in Berlin, I was also dispatched to Berlin to manage the Italian Team Ticket Center for the Italian soccer association. -
