I joined Crowe to build a business and have been an entrepreneur ever since. I've invented services for manufacturing and private equity, from intellectual property through delivery frameworks. I was elected Managing Director in 2016 and Partner in 2021.Initially, 7 colleagues including myself brought an operations & supply chain performance improvement practice here.In 2013, I co-founded an M&A Integration practice with a value proposition of "helping clients realize full value of M&A activity." Years of collaboration with buyers yielded deep insight into how to improve deal outcomes. I then “wrote the book” on M&A success, authoring Corporate Development playbooks for several multibillion-dollar companies. Transcending to any complex, cross-functional program, I've applied the toolkit to business roadmaps, transformation programs, and enterprise PMOs.I've directed 22 global integrations and divestments for transactions valued $20 MM to $1.8 B. Scale and complexities involved overseeing up to 21 workstreams and achieving synergies exceeding $100 MM. I was embedded into client organizations for 1 year or longer for 3 major business transformations - including part of the largest deal ever by a Chinese national firm that planted me in Europe and the Middle East to work across 30 countries for 15 months. I operate at executive steering committee level down into key workstreams, still leading discrete projects for quantifiable growth and cost reduction.Later, I turned my focus to value creation strategy and its roots in M&A diligence. After Operations, IT, and financial decision support for 90 platform + add-on investments in targets $10 million to $500 million revenue, I'm an expert in identifying and quantifying levers for value creation. I’ve also learned nearly as much from 18 'no-go' decisions. My journey has given me the ability to operate from strategy, through diligence and value creation plans, and through execution leadership with measurable results.

Joined Argo to build a healthcare & life sciences practice, rejoining colleagues from GROWTTH® Consulting. As a business leader, I've been accountable for revenue, service quality, client relationships, intellectual property, and talent development.Prior, I held supply chain leadership positions with multi-plant responsibilities in mid-sized global companies. I've built organizations and led demand planning, purchasing, strategic sourcing, procurement engineering, distribution, logistics, inventory & materials management, and maintenance. I implemented strategies across continents that reduced COGS > 20% from offshoring, reduced worldwide inventories 9%, and raised product availability 2%.
