Current-Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging multi-platform presentations for both young and adult learners, researching and flexibly adapting to industry standards and best practice-Deliver interactive instruction on wide array of topics including History, Engineering and Design, Public Speaking, Social and Emotional Learning, and Health and Wellness-Act as school ambassador at recruitment events, presenting on and marketing school values during informational sessions and meet-and-greets, and interfacing with and evaluating prospective students-Hold leading role in organizational DEI initiatives, leading staff training, advising interest groups, and participating in external professional development-Lead or co-lead committees to redesign operational schedule (in coordination with external consultants) to maximize effectiveness of instructional time, guide staff-wide curriculum development, and facilitate social connections among staff-Design and implement new culturally responsive history curriculum, ensuring buy-in and engagement from multiple constituents through clear communication and ongoing follow-up-Serve as direct advisor, building relationships with learners, collaboratively developing improvement plans, and tracking progress on long-term projects in partnership with multiple stakeholders-Assist with interviews and evaluation of job candidates and new staff onboarding
