• Ports America - PAS – Assisting Finance & Operations with a successful completion of a BI road map addressing their Enterprise BI strategic needs while delivering advance reporting and Executive dashboard deliverables with Xcelsius 2008; Migrated existing old SAP XI 3.1 BO servers to new data center and upgraded to newly installed Development and Production environment with latest version of SAP BI 4.0 FP3. Deployed BO Enterprise Development & Clustered Production environment with SAVVIS and along with Advance Data Analytics solution for Executive Mgmt of the Stevedoring Division.

•City of San Antonio - PBS&J Consultant to the Capital Improvement Services Management (CISM) division responsible for the 2007 – 2012 Bond Program. Developed CISM Projects Dashboard to represent Key Performance Indicators (PKIs) for 151 Projects approved and funded by the San Antonio 2007 Bond Program. The ultimate solution included two versions of the CIMS dashboard for Public and Internal audiences. In the Public version, any SA resident could go to SA web site, http://www.sanantonio.gov/2007Bond/, and access the dashboard under “2007 Bond Status Program” to identify any project managed and reported by this tool. The Internal version included additional functionality for Contractors to gain access to the Primavera schedule as well. These dashboards included multi-dimensional views of projects by Phases, Propositions and Scheduling enabled by a newly created hierarchy for this tool.

• Developed WellPoint Executive Dashboard via Business Object Xcelsius 2008. This Data Analytics business tools was created to enhance the operational reporting, What-If modeling and forecasting capacity of staffing, Key Primary Indicators (KIPs) and other productivity metrics, such as work force capacity, project life cycle and project management performance and scorecards reporting. Multiple data sources were consolidated under a data warehousing strategy to support a future enhancement of a Business Object universe being deployed by to support this new dashboard.
