Corporate Responsibilities: Participate in strategic growth and business planning activities, personnel issues, and, the revision of corporate reporting functions. Assist with the creation of new standardized operating procedures. Southeast Region: Responsible for direct property management activities, including hiring, training and supervision of regional personnel, marketing, administrative and financial operations, regulatory compliance, interface with owners, lenders and government agencies.

Asset Manager: Performed inspections, management reviews and financial analysis for multi-family properties within public and corporate funds sponsored by Related Capital and affiliated companies. Portfolio included properties in eleven states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Involved in the due diligence analysis of more than thirty properties on behalf of Related Capital or its affiliates. Vice President: Maintained portfolio responsibility plus additional administrative duties including training all new Asset Managers, troubled property workouts, due diligence analysis and special operations assignments, as necessary.
