Manage the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) unit and CAATs within the EFS (Electronic Forensic Services) unit.Train new and existing employees on softwares used in the unit.Provide training to clients on how to use the data analysis tool (SESAM).Provide consulting services regarding data analysis.Establish and manage professional relationships with external clients (e.g. banks).

Collect data from client's accounting systems (e.g. PASTEL, Quickbooks, In-House Developed Systems etc) and converting using data analysis software (e.g. ACL, SESAM, Analyst Notebook, SAS etc) for the auditors. Also performs some data analysis and assist with risk analysis.Provide training on data analysis software used by auditors and other software (e.g. MS Office).

- Create purchase orders from purchase requisitions.- Certify and capture invoices for batching.- Do creditors reconciliations and payment of invoices.- Ensuring that all goods requisitions comply with policies, procedures and practices.- Handle all correspondence with creditors and manage Petty Cash.- Assist with audits and audit queries and reports.- Assist with computer related issues (MS Office package troubleshooting).
