As a dedicated coordinator for The Salvation Army’s Christmas Kettle Campaign, I managed and led the successful execution of one of the organization’s largest annual fundraising initiatives; raising $130,000+ in 8 weeks!!My role involved overseeing recruitment, training, and scheduling of kettle workers and volunteers, ensuring full campaign coverage while maintaining positive relationships with kettle site partners. I handled logistics, from scheduling and emergency coverage to secure delivery and pick-up of donations. Post-campaign, I ensured smooth closure through the retrieval of all equipment and accurate reporting of campaign statistics. My focus was on fostering team performance and ensuring each location's needs were met, contributing to the overall success of this vital community effort.

As part of the seasonal support team, I played a crucial role in the design and delivery of six camps across Guelph, tailored to address neighborhood-specific needs while advancing our mission to combat poverty and foster equitable, connected communities. In my role at ShareWord Global, I energized and equipped churches and over 300 volunteers across Southwestern Ontario to enhance their outreach and community engagement. I ignited a passion for relational evangelism, managed partnerships with 20+ global churches, and provided essential resources and training to support effective gospel-sharing efforts.

I led a dynamic team, secured approximately $190,000 in grants, developed innovative life skills curricula, and managed a $370,000 budget. Delivered high-quality, developmentally appropriate care in line with regulations from the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and YMCA-YWCA of Guelph. Supported families and colleagues, fostering strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders. Implemented and assessed the Playing to Learn curriculum in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including Early Childhood Resource Consultants and therapists. Successfully wrote proposals to secure material donations from local businesses to enhance outdoor recreational programs.

As an Inclusion Facilitator and Supply for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) in daycare settings, I designed and facilitated engaging recreational programs for school-aged children, tailoring activities and instructions to accommodate children with disabilities. This role involved creating inclusive and adaptive programming to ensure all children could participate and benefit from the activities.
