This project has developed a quick test therapy inclusion and initiation. The driving the cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders world wide, setting up clinical/research studies on allergy blood testing vs clinical parameters.It was also my Sales and Marketing manager responsibility to mange the department including order handling and customer support and being part of the management team with in the business unit.

Project Management of the final development stages and securing of readiness to launch the new line of IVD products world wide. Preparing the clinical documentation to create doctor acceptance of this new blood test concept.One of my major responsibilities was to secure a smooth co-operation between ALK responsible for the immunoassay and the instrument responsible and owner, Bayer Diagnostics during Development.I was also responsible for the leagal registration of the this new IVD product both within EU and Japan.

As part of my vaccine thesis I worked for more than 2 years at SSI conducting my own research vaccines program. The purpose was to optimize vaccination protocols in the carrier hapten area. Here I got a deep understanding in immunoassays and vaccination models in a very inspirational research environment.
