• Developing control schemes with scores for use in the various chains • Unannounced control visits to stores based on the scorecard to check that business procedures are being followed• Sparring partner for store management/office staff on business procedures and loss prevention • Loss calculation, preparation of loss analyses and loss action plans • Follow-up/control of loss action plans • Participation in the Loss Group in the Fakta chain, where overall loss actions are discussed and planned • Preparation of the Operations Manual for Fakta and maintenance of the Financial Manual for other chains • Training of store managers, distributors, store managers and assistant managers, either at new start-ups or at district meetings • Inventory control at frozen food distributor

• Kontroller i Expert Danmark Retail’s butikker i Jylland (Expert, Punkt1 og Combi butikker (15 stk.)), samt opbakning i Sjællands butikkerne, ved besøg i butikkerne. Kontrollerne udføres ud fra forskellige scorecard, hvor relevante områder bedømmes.• Beskrivelser af procedurer og udarbejdelse/vedligeholdelse af butikshåndbog• Vejledning / ”Hotline” via telefon for butikkernes ansatte omkring alt, der har med procedurer, varesikring, sikkerhed og kassehåndtering at gøre.• Personalesager (Tyveri, bedrageri mm.), herunder opklaring af sager og samtale/bortvisning af personale• Undervisning af nye butikschefer i procedurer ude i butikken.

• Kontroller i Merlin’s butikker i Jylland (op til 19 stk.), samt opbakning i Sjællands butikkerne, ved besøg i butikkerne.• Beskrivelse af procedurer samt udarbejdelse/vedligeholdelse af butikshåndbog• Vejledning / ”Hotline” via telefon for butikkernes ansatte omkring alt, der har med procedurer, varesikring, sikkerhed og kassehåndtering at gøre.• Personalesager (Tyveri, bedrageri mm.), herunder opklaring af sager og samtale/bortvisning af personale• Undervisning af nye butikschefer i procedurer.• Svindkampagner i svindramte butikker. • Ansvarlig for en afdeling (computer i Fredericia og Herning, Radio/TV i Aalborg)• Fungerede som Butikschef i Fredericia fra november til midt januar, fordi der ingen butikschef var i den periode.• I Herning og Aalborg flyttede vi butikkerne i nye lokaler
