•HR Business Partner to Client Services business function, spread globally across 40 countries particularly in EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. •Support and coach managers with complex ER matters to reduce risk and provide commercial and employee focused advice•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and the DS Smith Packaging HR Corporate Plan•Understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Business Managers. Deliver HR solutions as appropriate to enhance commercial performance •Advise, challenge, coach and support senior management in their role on people-related processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation and resource planning)

•Stand-alone HR support and first point of contact for logistics warehouse supporting c.200 employees face-to-face and via email •Management of ER cases for the area including: grievances, disciplinaries, absence management and flexible working requests•Deep dive key people metrics or KPIs and analyse key trends and create action plans and create weekly/monthly reports •Responsible for supporting managers to drive a positive associate experience, including supporting projects for engagement activity and reward and recognition

•Following end-to-end processes with ER related queries and issues that include; flexible working requests, unauthorised absence, maternity and paternity leave, long and short-term absence management, and general day-to-day HR enquiries.•Supporting the relevant HR Business Partner with managing unauthorised absences, long and short-term absences, lateness, and overpayments in line with Company policies.•Supporting the relevant Business Partner with TUPE transfers, including collating Employee Liability Information, and writing and issuing correspondence to the relevant employees•Co-ordination of HR projects such as salary benchmarking, company-wide restructures, and yearly bonus payments
