It required researching pertinent information regarding the 1,700+ photographs Longstreth has donated to the database including address, latitude/longitude, historic designations (if applicable), and building construction. Also, correct classifications within SAHARA and ARTSTOR were applied to the photographs to ensure the finding aid's consistency.

I worked heavily with AutoCAD during the planning phases that entailed everything from confirming room measurements and electrical placements to space planning existing and new furniture into each project. I also created construction documents for smaller jobs that did not require the on-site architect to approve. Although I left in September to move to Spokane, Washington, I was kept on as a freelance AutoCAD assistant where I worked remotely to plan department relocations and building renovations for two major projects that were already in process.
