Role Responsibilities: ✅ University customer account management, including the development and delivery of engaging onboarding and training programs (educational sessions, webinars, self-service and consultations) for new and existing teacher users across all accounts. ✅ Stakeholder engagement and management to drive account user growth and platform advocacy. ✅ Account revenue upsell, with principal responsibility for ensuring Cadmus’ university customer accounts reached annual growth revenue targets through conversion to higher usage licences and adoption of new product offerings. ✅ Product education seminars at individual university levels to increase user adoption, with principal responsibility for strategising and delivering initiatives end-to-end. ✅ Strategic communications, including stakeholder reporting, development of educational product materials, briefing papers and partnership reports.✅ Collaboration with diverse internal and external teams.
