Current• Develop and implement all sales operations processes and workflows to support $20 million in annual Digital Media and Events sales. Process improvements resulted in increased efficiency of month-end billing – from 15 hours/month to 4 hours/month, and in more accurate revenue forecasts due to easier-to-use reporting and budget modeling.• Build annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasts for Media and Events. Due to the success of the budgeting tools I developed, I am now implementing these tools and processes across the organization.• Analyze current and historical data to understand the Media business and provide suggestions for increasing sales, building new products/packages and optimizing strategies to achieve sales goals. Recommendations I presented have resulted in annual increased and incremental sales of approximately $500,000.• Manage all Salesforce Lightening needs including the development and implementation of new features/functionalities and the reporting and dashboards used across the organization to understand the business.
